妄想。 もし銀行を作ったら… 利子を年10％でお金を貸して。 利息を年1％とした場合… もし、1000人から10万円借りて1億円。 それをどっかの企業に貸す。 1年後、返してもらって1億1000万円 で、預けてくれた人へ利息100万円。 儲けは900万円。 …それだけ？それだけ… 銀行がほかにどんなことやってるかはわからんし、単純すぎる考えだけれども。 金貸しで儲けるのは難しいんかなぁ。 でも金貸しはお金持ちのイメージ。 利子を月10％にしたらいいんかな。 そしたら、1億円から月1000万円。 1000万円でも100万の利子(月) そか。すごいな。 そしたら、1000万円は1000人から1万円。100人の友だちから10万円か。

今、非常に考えることがある。 働くということ。仕事。 ここでは、店番してる人はだいたい、2000ペソ。月。で、ご飯住むところ付き。だいたい毎日働いてたまに休み。 メイドさんも2000ペソくらい。ご飯住むところ付き。 労働者も。1日中畑仕事、耕したりして200か250ペソ1日。ご飯付き。毎日働いたとして200*30で6000ペソ。肉体労働で。 農政課で働いてる人。課長さんで15000ペソくらい。週2で休み。やけど、たまに土曜日も働いてる。 うちのスタッフは…Ay yai yai… 一人は店番。会議の報告も頼んでるけど遅い。なので店番。週2で休み。 しかも、有給が15日。1年で。普通使わんて。週2でしかも有給て。 で、明らかにうちのスタッフは待遇よすぎ。給料もらいすぎ。どんなけ待遇いいねん。 こっちは、朝5時6時から収穫して土日もないのに。 朝はよ来てくれ。頼んだら嫌そうやし。5時前には終わる準備するし。 どうなっとんねん。素晴らしい待遇をもうちょっと考えろや。 ほかの友だちから給料いくらもらってんのって聞かれて恥ずかしいわい。 言ったら驚かれる。あげすぎって。 わかっています。もう…1年以上いるので。 で、プロジェクトやからしょうがないのか？ そんなことはないと思う。 プロジェクトといっても結局は現地で定着するような形を作らんといけん。 そのためには、現地の人が儲かる仕組み。それがずっと続く仕組みが必要。 要するに、経営していかんといけん。 今は、試験圃場で野菜作って直売所とかマーケットで売ってる。 遊びやけれど。 遊びなりによく考える。 プロジェクトの車で運ぶかジプニー使うか。 捨てる野菜がどれだけあるか。 直売所とマーケットどっちに持ってたほうが良いか。 そんなことを考えて人件費を考えると頭が痛くなる。もし会社やったらあっさり倒産。 こんなけ給料払うにどんなけ土地もたなあかんねん。どんなけ生産せなあかんねん。 そんなことを考えると給料払うのも嫌になる。 どんなけマイペースでだらだらやねん。 ほかがどんなけいっぱい働いて少しのお金貯めてのか … 今まで、雇われたことはそんなにないけれど、自分がもらってる給料分働いてるか、生産してるか考えたことがなかった。 給料もらってうれしいくらい。 で、雇われてたときにはわからんかったけれど、お金の管理って大変。それだけやないし、

Ich habe sauerkraut gekocht. I don'tknow how to cook before. this time i cooked Fake sauerkraut. aber es ist naimas. First, i put chicken on Pan. then roasted. next, I put Cabbage in the pan. with Pepper. then, covered. after few minutes, put salt. and put cover again. then... i put Lemon juice. then covered again. ... Fertig! Es war gut geschmeckt :) mit der Bier :P 晩ご飯でザウワークラウトを作りました。えせ。 最初、鶏肉をフライパンに入れて焼く。両面焼けたらその上にキャベツ。たっぷり。 で、コショウ少し入れてふた。 中で水分が出てくるのでそれで蒸される。 少ししたら塩も。 で、肉に火が通ったらふたをとって水分を飛ばす。 で、さいご、レモン汁を入れてまたふた。 少ししたら、出来上がり。 簡単でおいしかった。 久しぶりのヒット。 ビールがおいしかった。
